Unemployed almost 2 years now.
Much like many of the responses I could underdress with toes polished sometimes but I was always cautious. I was at the end of my career and I hated to cause any issues on my way to retirement

While I was just starting my transition, I was a full-time telecommuter, working as a high-end Computer Systems Engineer. I never saw my colleagues or customers in person, and I could, and often did, dress while on duty. I just had to be careful not to answer phone calls in my female voice while dealing with work. A bit hard for me, as for myself, when the wig goes on, the voice shifts to female!
Now I am semi-retired, and can dress whenever I want to. If I ever do get a new job, I will try to get one where I can work entirely en-femme!
I was one as well. Only pantyhose, but would dress on layovers. Did you as well?
Accounting in a manufacturing plant. I do underdress, occasionally hosiery, most times painted toenails and panties. Tried a bra a few times, but felt uncomfortable and always thought straps were showing.....
Engineer, 24/7 panties. Nothing else at work.
I'm a mental health specialist and we get quiet a few transgender females and males at my job.
I'm a lawyer and I wear panties and pantyhose every day. Winters, when I can wear a sweater, I will also wear a cami and, occasionally, a bralette or sports bra.
