Out of nowhere two days ago I had the urge to go out dressed in public. I went to Target wearing a floral top and denim skirt with grey leggings underneath. Yesterday I went to my therapist and then Macy’s and Target again wearing a gray dress with a grey sweater and black tights. IT WAS A BLAST. A few strange looks, but it’s amazing what people won’t notice. I never thought I would do this. It really came out of nowhere!!

Thanks all! I think the confidence burst comes from things in life going better and therapy. I just feel comfortable with myself.

People notice sure but most don't care and the ones that do 99% of the time won't say anything.

So let me add my congratulations; the first time out in public is just something you'll treasure.
So, what plans if any do you have for future outings? Cinema, restaurant, traveling on public transport? The options are many. Let me add however a word of caution. Don't let the pink mist cloud your judgement when it comes to staying safe. Keep your wits about you and all will be fine.
