    Suportive Wife Suprise

My wife is supportive. Even so, I was surprised when I was dressed and she asked me if I would like to go out to a movie sometime. I asked her you mean like this. She said yes! Now we just need to find a place out of the area to go.

And just how long are you going to walk around with that grin on your face?

Cool! And just in time for the holiday blockbusters! I love stories of happy couples. Congratulations to you both.
I am not a woman; I don't want to be a woman; I don't want to be mistaken for a woman.
I am not a man; I don't want to be a man; I don't want to be mistaken for a man.
I am a transgender person. And I'm still figuring out what that means.

So awesome. It’s always nice to have surprises, but surprises of total acceptance is a great feeling. Have fun.

Wow you are a lucky girl, my wife was very supportive at first but now after she saw me she said she might not like this as much as she first thought.

With that kind of support, treat her like gold, because she is.
I like myself, regardless of the packaging that I may come in! It's what is on the inside of the package that counts!

This is wonderful and you're lucky.
Still as an advise, this could change, you never know
When my wife say me dressed for the first times, she was a little curious and would let me get dressed when I wanted, only at home. After we had our first child, this slowly stopped and at some point she didn't want to see me dressed. Back then, she saw me only in heels, hose and my skirts.
If she saw me today on pictures, she would probably assume I have a girlfriend and an affair. she would need some time looking at the pictures to understand that it is actually me as Doreen.

Don't disappoint your supportive wife Tamara. Choose a movie you both want to see and enjoy.

Gear up mentally for the "I have to pee" dilemma at a movie.

Over the summer I spent a week as "me" with some friends on the west coast, my first day I was sort of dancing in place and one of the women (GG) said OH FFS, you're already wearing big girl panties, go use the ladies room
It was the first time for using the ladies room as opposed to the single occupancy, and or family restrooms. I have a cartoon somewhere or another of an androgenous figure looking at the men's room / lady's room doors and thinking OK so which one do I go with today yelled at, or beaten up?

Yes, always a good idea to go elsewhere dressed.

Mind you I have been in the UK and seen other workmates at a local university.

Ski instructors are another line of people that you can catch up in the opposite hemisphere too.

It is a small world, do enjoy your evening, it is unlikely you will meet anyone of consequence. :-)

My wife is also supportive. I’ve been out, by myself out of town, shopping. We’ve been talking about going out together. We ventured out once to go to a movie at a nearby town, but we stopped for gas and saw one of out neighbors. Fortunately, they didn’t see us. Now, we’re both a little hesitant because being seen would not be good. Maybe we’ll try again. Best to you. I hope all goes well.
