Trying for a blending appearance

The other day, while doing some Christmas shopping, I picked up a very soft cowl-neck sweater at Marshall’s. It had been several weeks since I last dressed – didn’t really have a strong desire to go through all the trouble. Yesterday, though, I got up, shaved, did my make up, and put on the sweater paired with a plain black skirt and hose. Typically, I have always gone for lower cut tops, but the sweater made me feel so feminine and I realized how much I had missed dressing.

This will tide me over for the next couple of weeks while family are home for the holidays!

As the old song by Merle Haggared I think " If We Make It Thru December ", probably is going to apply to a lot of us as Christmas for us that are not out is a long time of no girl time. Hang tough and when every one finally leaves get blamed up to the max, we'll all need it then. Hope Santa is good to you.
