Do you feel younger when dressed?

I am sure most of us feel a lot younger when we are dressed. As I put my makeup on I looked and felt 20 years younger. How old do you feel?

Difficult to put it down to dressing alone as I feel about 30 and act about 18 half the time anyhow!

But I do present as an immature 29yr old and a mature 30yr old mostly.

I feel younger but I don't think I look too much younger. Although my complexion is fabulous with the make up on.

If I felt any younger than I already feel it would be criminal.

I am probably in the minority in this. I am 36 in real life but when Amanda comes around she is 50-69 years old.

    Sara,
Without doubt yes I do .

One story recently at my social group when I was buying a new wig , it was a GG selling them .She remarked that she would be celebrating her sixtieth birthday with another male member of the group , so I asked how old she thought I was she replied mid/late forties, when I told her I had six years on her she was astounded . Losing twenty years through CDing , everyone would be doing it if the secret got out !

In low moments I know time is running out but a breeze round the shops soon cures that , I have to admit it's why I chose my new avatar , it makes me feel younger just seeing it .

Don't now if I feel younger at my age, But I feel like a women and feel sexy.
Wanting something is a fantasy which on a long time period clouds your mind and makes you think you need it.

    I'm 70+. U tell me if I look younger!

That's how I feel, too, usually!
U can't keep doing the same things over and over and expect to enjoy life to the max. When u try new things, even if they r out of your comfort zone, u may experience new excitement and growth that u never expected.

Ditto for me, it's sort of an age defying experience.

I do feel a younger like if I was in my 20's not my current age of 53. I do like the outfits made for someone younger.... so that may have something to do with feeling younger.

Yes. I feel at least ten years younger when I'm dressed. That may explain why I'm always on the internet looking for more feminine things to wear.

I'm not sure I feel younger. I love to dress, but it has no affect on my age.

Well, with suffering from male pattern baldness wearing a wig knocks a lot of years off. I also look younger in my male mode when I wear a baseball cap.

I'm 60, but when I am dressed, I definitely look younger. When I say how old I really am, it is not unusual for people to actually ask to see my ID as proof that I really am 60, and I've had people guess my age as being as young as 27! Personally, I think I pass pretty well for being in my early to mid 40's when I am dressed.

I'd say I look 10-20 years younger dressed and with makeup. I feel probably 10 years younger than my age regardless of guy or gal mode... I like to be active and using power of positive thinking to stay young - at least feeling young

Not sure. I am certainly happier when dressed. That alone may take some years off.

I feel and believe I look about 10 years younger, then again just having hair on the top of my head takes about 10 years off. lol

Certainly much younger. Carla is somewhere between 14 and 42 depending on the outfit, makeup and mood. Even dressed conservatively and age appropriate I appear to be @45.
And fortunately, it goes that way in drab mode.
I've waited so long for this time. Makeup is so frustrating. Shaking hands and I look so old. This was a mistake.
My new maid's outfit is cute. Sure fits tight.
And then I step into the bedroom and in the mirror, I see a beautiful woman looking back at me.
    Smile, Honey! You look fabulous!

I feel about 45 and my wife agrees that I look and present at about that age.
I love it 'cause as we all know, it sucks getting old.
I don't think I could ever "dress my age" and be a little old lady at any point in my life.
    I don't wear women's clothes, I wear MY clothes !
