Where do you keep your clothes?

So assuming your significant other doesn’t know you dress, where do you hide your clothes? I can’t exactmy keep my pantyhose in my dresser and my heels in my closet...

As per my wedding vows, I'm 100% open and honest with my wife about all things in my life.

Dresses hang in the closet, shoes on a rack, lingerie in a drawer.

Some causes of crossdressing you've probably never even considered: My TG biography at:http://www.crossdressers.com/forums/...=1#post1490560
There's an addendum at post # 82 on that thread, too. It's about a ten minute read.
Why don't we understand our desire to dress, behave and feel like a girl? Because from childhood, boys are told that the worst possible thing we can be, is a sissy. This feeling is so ingrained into our psyche, that we will suppress any thoughts that connect us to being or wanting to be feminine, even to the point of creating separate personalities to assign those female feelings into.

When I was in that situation I had my clothes in the boot of my car.

I do NOT have an SO right now, but I keep a cache of en femme clothing in storage and the rest in my closet and drawers. I love to exchange my clothes from storage, as I did to today. I'm ADD, so I forget about many of the lovely things I have set aside. It's always a fun thing to do. It beats the old days of purging. Oh, my!!

My wife takes me on a rollercoaster ride of acceptance <-> DADT. She moved most of my stuff from a locked trunk that I kept under stairs in basement, behind spare wood. She knew it was there and I unlocked it for her when she asked to see it. She hung it up in the bedroom closet and push hose and panties and bras into separate plastic show boxes. Over my life, I had things hidden inside a wall that had an opening at the top, in the space above a suspended ceiling, short periods the area around spare tire in trunk.

Geez, in my closet, bureau , on a rack , in a basket in the corner near my side of the bed. It’s more like where don’t I keep them. My wife knows and is accepting so it’s a non-issue

When I remodeled my master bath, there was a 4'x4' space that i did not know what to do with. I ended up making a secret closet with a hidden door behind a large mirror.

That was brilliant, Cindymay! Kind of like the hidden bars in homes built in the 1920's back in the days of prohibition!

I have them in several bags wrapped up in my supply closet at home. I live alone and have no fear of discovery.

If I needed to hide clothing from my significant other, I would use plastic totes and store them in the basement or attic. Maybe even build an elevated shelf in the garage above the automobiles. If I was paranoid that she would find the stash I would rent a small storage locker.

When I did have to hide things, I had a bag in the boot of my classic car in the garage, absolutely no chance of anybody else going in there. Now all of my clothes are in my wardrobe and drawers mixed in with any male clothes that I have.

they are gone. Hope I will survive the 2 and a half weeks they are here. lol
If you can't laugh and have fun you might as well go home.

I built the shelves hanging from the garage ceiling and have 2 giant plastic bins full of clothes and shoes up there. All of our holiday decorations are there too so it’s disguised well. Helps immensely that she is afraid of heights and will not get on a ladder to save her life.

When I was a kid I had a desk in my room that I'd kneel down and reach around the back and there was a cut-out space large enough to hide my girl clothes, porn, drugs, explosives, all kinds of swag. No one knew about it, I didn't know it was there til I had the desk for 3 years. There were also good spots in the attic. and we had a couch where the underlining was cut, so I could tip it up a little and hide things up in it, and I knew my mother couldn't move it.
If you're in an apartment, your choices are limited. If you could find some crawlspace or nook etc. and keep them in something not date-able, you could always say the last occupant must've left them. That may not be applicable though.
I currently keep my femme toiletries on the top shelf of my bathroom closet in the back behind cleaning supplies, out of reach of my shorter GF whose idea of cleaning is to call her cleaning service.

Before my wife found out I had a room in my barn that wasn't easily accessible so I kept them there. It's much easier now that she knows.

I'm looking for more storage right now, but my rolling toolbox has a side box that locks, clothes/shoes are in there, my makeup n stuff are in one of those fake books on a shelf behind other books, I'm afraid the garage gets too hot for makeup in the summer. I'm going to have to use a storage box in the garage as I keep buying cute stuff...

My house is small so the only option i have is a black plastic bag in the tight, and difficult to reach, attic.

In a bag under my bed. Nobody else goes in my room, so I'm pretty safe.

It's a stange world, isn't it. Having to hide your clothes because they aren't the kind of clothes society wants us to wear. Madness :/
