Ok girls, this is going to sound a little strange but are there any words or phrases that trigger off your need to crossdress, if you know what I mean?
For example, the phrase "short tight skirts," is one which does it for me.
I know thats a bit strange by I really don;t know what this acts a trigger for me.

For a moment I thought there was a cross-dressing golfer Among Us. I misread trigger words. I was thinking Sunday tea time. That could be a trigger yet golf-related. For me though life is the trigger that and any beautiful woman in heels. I know the path I'm on so I don't really need to be reminded of it.
I don't know about words, but seeing a skirt and/or cute heels is a trigger. Like seeing an online ad of some.

For me, it’s what triggers me not to dress. When I’m angry or irritated or just plain in a bad mood, it squashes my dressing desires. Otherwise I’d dress 24/7- no trigger needed.

No really recognizable or defined triggers, although I suspect there are some that affect my subconscious which then sends femme messages in the form of feminine feelings to my conscious mind. Fragrance seems to be a big trigger - not surprising as our sense of smell is a major source of emotion triggers.
But the feelings alone don't trigger a need or desire to put on something feminine. It seems to require reaching a certain threshold which creates a bit of discomfort that is addressed with something feminine. If the discomfort is not settled then I put on something more and continue that until I feel the wave of peace and contentment. That tells me I have hit the correct point in gender expression so the pink and blue waves have settled to form a peaceful lavender sea. It might require a pair of flats or it might require the full expression or anywhere in between. Fascinating interplay between feelings and expression.
Words don’t really trigger anything for me... it’s really just visual triggers that get me... and they get me A LOT! Beautiful, sexy women in really sexy clothing and footwear...
However, i can also say that the click-clack sound of high heels on a hard surface floor REALLY gets my engine revving!
Just the sight of a sexy woman can set me off. Crissy

Trigger makes me think of something else not related to dressing.
Never words or phrases. The sight of a slip, 50 years ago, drove me wild.
I'm the same way! Sometimes when I'm tired I'd rather just sleep than get all dolled up. But certain things do trigger me to dress... lingerie, preferably black and lacy.

Trigger words; panties, pantyhose, skirt. I have triggers involving sight also, any woman in a skirt, and/or pantyhose also.
I like myself, regardless of the packaging that I may come in! It's what is on the inside of the package that counts!
Triggers: Shopping, seeing a women in cute top and tight skirt, on the street or tv. walking by my girly closet.
My red heels make me click.
