Rochal do you wear a C bra even in male mode, pretty big and eye catching. Isn't the bra noticed through a shirt? Women with C's wear a bra, should it be any different for you?
I can't speak from experience but I'd make my peace with them, if I was in your cups. 😄 Many men with gyno do.
Any benefit to your crossdressing is auxillary.

Mixed emotions about having gynecomastia. I've had at the very least a bit of man boob most of my life, starting when my weight started to fluctuate a great deal. Seems that fat cells secrete a tiny bit of estrogen (or so I've been told). Just how much that has to do with it, I'll never know, but none of the older generation of males in my family had boobs like mine. Currently about a 'B' cup, with some bras, a 'C' cup.
I live with it. As I have very fair skin, I have always used that excuse for wearing a T shirt when going swimming or indeed, whenever going out into the sunshine.
It's a benefit for a crossdresser, and a cross to bear when trying to pass as a normal guy.
If you're worried about what anyone thinks of you, you can just pass it off as being caused by medication or maybe smoking pot. Google 'medications that may cause gynecomastia' and take your choice. I've been on beta blockers, steroids, antidepressants, etc. at some point in my life, so I have a ready excuse. Anyone asks, I just say the boobs came with the meds, and I chose to stay alive with the side effects instead of die. I've had a couple of guys say, 'Well, I'd rather be dead than grow boobs', I respond with 'Gee, you're dead from the neck up anyway, so you'd have nothing to lose'.

Why don't we understand our desire to dress, behave and feel like a girl? Because from childhood, boys are told that the worst possible thing we can be, is a sissy. This feeling is so ingrained into our psyche, that we will suppress any thoughts that connect us to being or wanting to be feminine, even to the point of creating separate personalities to assign those female feelings into.
Hi Deebra, I have keep them hidden by heavy loose fitting button up shits. Now I wear shelf bra CAMIs under my shirt that keep them tied down. I do wear a bra doing bouncy things like bike riding. Fortunately mine are somewhere between pointers and hangers. Now much older I don't care as much what people think. I am who I am. So things like swimming I don't even try to hide them. Let them stare and they do. Most the the time their all smiles. LOL. I guess on thing of old age you can really enjoy your girl got no more personas to portray.

"Man boobs" and gynecomastia are two different things. Man boobs are just fat and not shaped exactly like female breasts. Many males get man boobs to some degree as they age or become overweight. Gynecomastia results in female shaped breasts that contain breast tissue, not just fat. You can find information on gynecomastia by doing a web search.

Thanks for your comments, I wonder are you speaking from some personal experience? Im not over weight in fact quite slim but these boobs not only look feminine but (dare I say it) feel very feminine too. I am aware of pseudo gynecomastia which is basically fat but I don't think thats what I have. The sensations that I experience are difficult to describe but like nothing I've ever felt before. We have a holiday booked for this summer and I think I'm already at the stage when Im too embarrassed to take off my shirt in public. On the plus side though they do look great in a bra especially with a little help from a pair or silicon chicken fillets to push things up a bit more. Oh god ,what to do…

I wasn't until this thread that I realized that mine are really obvious with some of the clothes that I wear. So I went to Forever 21 today and bought a tight fitting knit shirt.
Ginny, you don't mention if you have (or have ever had) prostate cancer.
Prostate cancer needs testosterone to grow, and is sometimes treated via chemotherapy. Hormonal treatments applied in this way aim to stop the testicles from making testosterone and/or stop testosterone from reaching the cancer cells. A common side effect with such treatments is pronounced breast growth in male patients, and this requires careful monitoring (and adjustments to) the dosages or combinations of therapies used in this manner to minimize this occurrence.
Would any of this possibly apply to you, and perhaps explain why you are experiencing these unexpected feminization phenomena?

I'm highly inclined to follow Laura's (#2) advice and request a referral to an endocrinologist if you haven't already done so. Her advice suggests this sort of thing is well outside the scope of practice for a general practitioner or family medicine specialist.
A popular member here had prolactinoma (cancer) which caused her gyno. While I'm not a MD, it's important to get the problematic if not life threatening causes ruled out.

I'm a life long CD and have been since I was 4 years old. As I matured into an adult, I always had larger breasts than normal for a male and used to get made fun of in the locker room in school. On one hand it was a source of shame for me, but as far as my femme self goes, I liked having them. Now that I've gotten older at 63, my breasts have gotten larger and are an A cup size and I have large nipples. I love wearing vintage slips and when I wear them, my breasts fill out the cups of my slips pretty well. Nowadays, I like having my breasts!
As with you, I went through a period of time where I lost my desire to crossdress and it was for about 5 years. For the last 3 1/2 years of that period, my wife was fighting cancer and I was taking care of her. She finally lost her battle with cancer 1 1/2 years ago and I was devastated. A few months after she died though, I started wearing my slips and female underthings again and I found that crossdressing was a big comfort for me! I recently retired and I can crossdress whenever I want now and I love it how my breasts fill out my slips! BTW, I have no plans in transitioning to becoming a woman full time as there's aspects of being a male that I like, which includes being a grandfather, that I truly cherish.
It sounds like we're in similar circumstances. As long as it's not a negative medical problem, go with the flow and enjoy your boobs!

I can certainly understand your dilemma whether or not to live with breast or have surgery to remove them. I personally would rather live with them even in male mode, than have surgery because of the cost and safety. Good luck with whatever you decide.
After about 30 years old mine seemed to get bigger but it was never an issue because they didn't get any bigger so
I just lived with it. Was it gyno? No I don't think so.
I have man boobs that just about fit an a cup but would like to shape them into proper breasts naturally without using hormones
I like mine now, in my late 40s, so I have slight manboobs over good pecs & I found out by "accident" that my wife's 36 to 38b bras fit me perfectly & look great, especially underwired ones from Marks & Spencer! !
I have 36C cup boobs. I ware a 38B to minimize my projection. If you want to smooth your chest get some women's tank tops that have elastic in them and look much like men's undershirt. I wear them under polo shirts when I don't want people noticing my girls.
I did have a double mastectomy 29 years ago when I was forty. I don't necessarily regret it but given the choice again I would keep my breasts. No idea if it was gynecomastia - first I have heard of that condition. It is possible to wear clothes which minimise and those that maximise.
I am all most a natural a cup, I would never go for reduction if they get bigger. Other people adjust it is their issue about man breasts. Again I would keep them and own up.
I hear you. I noticed that I have a nice A cup as well, and I guess it is tied to a lowering of T values. I was never able to simulate cleavage as I had nothing to prop up. I can now fill an underwire bra or shelf bra in a cami that is quite satisfactory. Guess age has a few bennies.
Gynecomastia is a real thing and no one should be ashamed of it. Breasts, in both men and women, grow with age because everyone has male AND female hormones coursing through their systems, albeit in different proportions. You may feel self conscious about it, but it's my guess that no one notices when you're in guy mode. And when you're dressed, they notice what you're wearing more than your breast size. My suggestion is to just own it and don't worry about it, although I know it's easier said than done. I hope you find your own way yo make peace with your condition. Maybe by wearing looser shirts?
BTW, I have a 48B chest and I like them, although I would LOVE them if they got to a C cup size.

Your situation wouldn't bother me a bit it's what I've wished for years.(I'm wishing for a C cup size boobs)

I've grown to a 38 C cup bra.
This is a lovely size to be. I can go braless (just about), but still wear a sexy bra without attracting attention, unless I want to!
When underdressed, I am now choosing tops which expose my boobs if I press forwards, and my bra straps and clasps if I fold my arms.
I love to parade about the mall with my assets just on the point of exposure. I am dying to be outed!
