Being tall, I usually go out wearing flats. I’d wear high heels more often, but they’re still hard for me, so while I have some, I use them mostly for photos.
When all else fails, lower your standards.

I love my heels, although I will wear flats or low heeled sandals when it calls for it.

Being 6' in bare feet, logic dictates I shouldn't wear heels, but I say frell logic! Wear what you like to wear and let the muggles flee in awe and terror!

    CHOICE
It is often wrongly assumed that a person chooses to be transgender and one day decides they want to live the remainder of their life as transgender .This couldn't be further from the truth. Transgender is established sometime during pregnancy, probably in the first three months and certainly well before an individual is able to make a choice.

I am 6.6 fit and slim and have been out occasionally. Finding clothes is an issue and sometimes you need to buy big size dresses and modify them.
Finding shoes is a huge problem with large feet and trying to find anything cute with a 1" heel is near impossible.
When I have been out I have got both weird and wonderous looks. Ignore the weird and flirt with the nice ones!!
    Have fun

My next door neighbor, a GG, is like 5' 11" and although I haven't seen her in (sky) high heels, she has no problem wearing heeled boots or sandals.

It can be tough being tall. I am 6-5 and only own one pair of flats. Generally I wear a 2 to 3 inch heel. (Ok, maybe 4.). I never think I can really pass at that height, but as long as I feel good and people treat me as I appear I am happy. You just have to do what you like and what you are comfortable with. This is all supposed to be fun right?

but for a boy to look like a girl is degrading, because you think that being a girl is degrading.
But secretly you'd love to know what it's like, wouldn't you? What it feels like for a girl?"

I like what LauraWeb said - it’s all about what you like and what you’re comfortable with. I’m 6’2” and know I don’t pass - but that’s not going to stop my from going out in my heels if they look good with the dress! Haters are going to hate anyway, at least that way someone might appreciate the style/look

If you are really looking for them, there is a lot of 6ft and taller gg women out there. A gg friend of mine is 5'11" without heels.
