    Las Vegas, 2 questions

Going to Las Vegas in a few weeks. I plant to go to the casino late at night wearing women's clothes, and I do not look female in the least. Bad idea? Also, where can I shop for clothing in 2 and 3 xl without spending a fortune?

    1) as long as you don’t break any casino rules, you should be fine. You might get a little harder look from the pit boss, but they generally won’t hassle you. 2) most of the shopping in Vegas is expensive, especially on the strip.

There's a few casino's that advertise ad being friendly, you can find a good list of friendly places on the Diva Las Vegas website.

But any casino should be safe, after all they just want your money. Also anyplace on the strip or in the Fremont district should also be safe.

Safe is one thing, and there is plenty of security in casinos, and cameras ? so you probably will be safe. In my experience, though, especially late at night, and especially downtown, there are plenty of drunk people, a fair amount of ?redneck? types, and plenty of a-holes so I would not expect that you would be free from harassment or snarky comments. There have been dressing services for t-girls in Vegas. Have fun, but be careful! Nancy

Yes. The locals have seen it all, many times over. To them, you are just another infusion of cash for the local economy. The tourists, however, are another story. Again most will ignore you, some will gape and point, and in rare instances drunks or post-adolescent males might hassle you. Stay in areas with police or security close at hand, and you'll be fine.

It is so much fun. I have been to DLV twice. Most of the time I spend by myself I prefer it that way.

I stayed at the four Queens on fremont street both times. Everyone there was great. I had no problems , than I don't anyway. It is a party every night, just to much fun.

On the second trip I was by myself at this piano bar and ran into a couple of strippers celebrating their birthdays. I partied with them that night.

I have way to many stories, every night is different.

    Have fun.

I think not only is it a good idea but that you will have a blast. Just stay on the strip or Fremont street. Don't venture too far out. It can get pretty sketchy on the fringes really quick.

Go where you want wearing what you want. You dont know these poeple probably wont ever see them again and if you do they wont remember you. There is a place called DD's thats really reasonable but is hit or miss on what you will find. If you are good with resale there is Savers. Other then that we have everything any other place has.

Several years ago, there was a movie based on a true story about several MIT guys who developed a successful system for beating the casinos. It worked well on local casino gambling in New England, so they took it to Vegas. They were successful for a while there also. As the casinos became wise to them and started blacklisting them, one of the guys, a rather heavyset fellow, decided to beat the blacklist by gambling en femme. The dealers read him rather quickly. They hid their smirks and let him gamble as long as his performance was the same as expected for any amateur gambler. They kicked him out, en femme and otherwise, when he started cheating.

Moral of the story: the casinos are indifferent to gambling en femme. Do it to your heart?s content or until you run out of money, whichever comes first. But do not rip them off.

I will pas on my most resent visit to a major strip casino in fem. I stopped because i was there due to an Uner drop off. I had to use the restroom. I was full fem but know full well i don't pass. So i find an out of the way restroom and start into mens room security stopped me before makeing it in. He said ma'am the womens room is to the left. I turned looked at him with a quizzical look he said womens is to the left. All i could say was thank you and go left. He stood at the entrace until i left and said have a good day. I said thank you and have a good day. That was that. This was the one with a valcano out front and is owned by the company that owns a large number of strip properties. Apperently they have a lot of OMGM i didnt see much though.

Joannie, you're in luck! The weekend of Oct. 17 will be Rocktober in Vegas! About 100 T's will be there taking over wherever we go in Vegas! See u there?

Also, there r quite a number of thrift stores in Vegas if u want to shop on the cheap!
U can't keep doing the same things over and over and expect to enjoy life to the max. When u try new things, even if they r out of your comfort zone, u may experience new excitement and growth that u never expected.

Challenge yourself and pursue your passions! When your life clock runs out, you'll have few or NO REGRETS!

I've been to Vegas a lot but never en femme, I'd love to tho. It's on my bucket list. I've gone looking very feminine but my exwife would not allow me to leave the hotel room dressed up. I doubt running to the ice machine in panties and a bra count as going out and gambling and actually enjoying oneself while en femme lol

And yes, STAY ON THE STRIP! It's much safer there (I've never made it past the Stratosphere and got to party on Fremont but it looks really fun)
    Live, laugh, love!

Remember to dress to blend in. Wearing neon colors will get people looking at you. Use the ladies' rest rooms. There is Ross Dress for less near the Flamingo. I've been to LV twice in full femme for DLV and enjoyed every minute.

    Hi, Joannie,

I'm a bigger gurl! Size 4X / 24 in women's clothing. I find a lot of great recycled clothing on https://www.swap.com/ (very little is new). They are great about returns.

Go to Poshmark at https://poshmark.com/category/Women to find shoes. I'm a 13 in most shoes, but a 14 in Pleasers heels.

Love who you are! You are uniquely you!!

Noneense. The Strip is great, but the nightly party on Fremont is not to be missed. When Jeri Ann and I were there last December...

...I got exactly two second glances. Between the music, the neon, the zip line overhead, and the guy wearing nothing but pantyhose and a leash, being led around by a nun, it's impossible to not blend in.

Fremont is a freek show and full of private security and Metro police. There is no way anything will happen there. Think of a 4 block Halloween party, that is Fremont street every night.

What everyone said about Fremont Street! The only problems I've had there is so many folks wanting photos with or of me!

There?s a Ross Dress For Less right on the strip. I?ve bought lots of stuff there at reasonable prices. They have lots of 2x and 3x. I?ve shopped there in both male and female mode.

What time of night does Freemont Street pick up? It has been a decade since I made it to that part of Vegas.

Las Vegas is a great place to dress up. Particularly on the strip and in the casinos. I would try to stay in nicer establishments as drunken and unruly is less likely. I have dressed up and walked around by myself or in a group. People expect to see uniquely dressed people in Vegas, there are a lot of street performers and clubwear around. Two bits of advice, everything is farther away than it’s seems, so wear comfortable shoes. Two, walk with confidence. You’re not doing anything wrong, you are being true to yourself, so have fun.

A lot of the malls on the strip are very expensive. If you are looking for fun jewelry, go to DuBarrys. It’s is away from the strip but crossdresserr friendly. Good, cheap, sparkly jewelry. It looks pricier at first but everything will be 70% off the marked price. You could go to Fantastic Indoor Swap Meet nearby. More cheap jewelry, makeup, wigs, purses.

    Have fun!

Yup! You can go practically anywhere in Las Vegas dressed practically any way you want. And most major resorts have *wink* *wink* family restrooms if you're conflicted. I've been out in every imaginable female portrayal there is. Just avoid the usual morons that you find everywhere. The dress in my avatar is from Saver's.
I've waited so long for this time. Makeup is so frustrating. Shaking hands and I look so old. This was a mistake.
My new maid's outfit is cute. Sure fits tight.
And then I step into the bedroom and in the mirror, I see a beautiful woman looking back at me.
    Smile, Honey! You look fabulous!

Well I just got back from a nice stroll down the strip and all the posts here are true! No issues at all. A few glances, but that is only normal, and could be because I am a tall lady I was trying to get an Uber on the strip, and it kept trying to make me go to the main entrance of the nearest casino, which was a long way away! Comfy shoes a must if you're out and about.
I am about to head out again soon and was going to try Ross across the road... Later to the Studios

Fremont really gets going around 8 or so. It will stay hoping until about 2am most nights. There are always poeple there though.
