Here are a couple for starters:
DADT = Don't Ask Don't Tell (describes a relationship where the partner doesn't want to know)
GG = Genetic Girl (A female from birth)
MIAD = Man in a Dress (A crossdresser who wears feminine clothes but doesn't seriously attempt to pass as a female)
YMMV=Your Mileage May Vary
NB=Nonbinary
TG=Transgender
FAB=Female At Birth
MAB=Male At Birth
CD=Crossdresser

I believe there is a sticky to help with some terms or acronyms maybe look in the TS section . My pet hate is SO , I could never use that to describe another person , it's either wife or partner which covers either gender .
