    Karen-- it's wonderful to learn about the remarkable rapport you have with your Kate. Undoubtedly she seems willing to help you through the critical decisions ahead. In time you'll know for sure if you want to progress to mones, and possibly pursue another line of work that may be more compatible with your TG status. Thankfully Kate and others will be there for you, as will all of us!
