    Height?

I'm curious -- how tall are you (w/o heels)?

    I am 5' 11" -- which would make me a tallish girl.

Weight -- none of your @%$& business!!

    LOL Geeena

I will be curious to see the range of all of us.

As I have gotten older I have shrunk. I am now 5'7" and quite content.

I don't know, I was born with heels. Oh, you meant the patent leather variety. 6'3" and 213 lbs. Average female Sasquatch. Grizzly bears "Ma'am" me when out in the forest.

Funny you should ask. Today I am all dolled up. Including painted nails.

I decided to measure myself. I am 48 bust, 40 waist, and 44 hips. I am 5'9" tall less heels. I have my new dress on today. Can I share the photo here?

6ft5 on a good day, so zero chance of me ever passing. Weigh in at 188, so a size 12 is a squeeze these days, but I'm aiming to get back to the 180 that I used to be.

    Geena,
    I'm 5' 7" weight about 150lbs but creeping up , my stats are 37" bust 31" waist 37" hips , age ... like a good cheese , mature ! Hopefully not as smelly !

I have to consider now it's possibly as good as it gets for my age , I hope I have a few good years to enjoy what I have .

As for heel height how stupid I want to be or how much my feet complain , 3.5 " is comfortable , 4" manageable , 5" suicidal !

Thats excellent Terresa, you must work hard at it. I'm 5'7" currently 160 and working my back down to under 155, those last few pounds are a bitch though.

I dress appropriate age, I don’t fully pass, but don’t draw attention to myself either. SAs and other shoppers offer comment on some item I’m wearing positively. I present as most other 50 y/o shoppers. Mostly wedges and flats. Heels (3”) if I’m in a pretty dress. Before COVID-19 I’d also get a little bit more dressed before visiting my girl at the MAC counter.

    Cindy,
That's where having a dog worked for me , I lost 28lbs in two months just with the increase in my walking pace when I got a new dog ,sadly now she's passed on . That's partly why I've continued to go out with dog walkers I've come to know .

5'8"ish... 170 lbs. I was 270 lbs at one point in my life but went keto diet and lost that ugly 100! Depending on the make, size 12 or 14 dress. Dream of losing another 15 lbs or so with a goal of a size 10 dress. The slimmer I got the better dresses look on me.

Depends on the heels. But I am definitely tall you know.... "For a lady"... So I don't wear heels very often.

5'10", 172#. I've been losing weight since covid. I'm on the taller side as femme, esp with heels, but not terribly so.

Six foot tall in flats and way way too heavy. I have though lost 3.5kg or 7.7lbs since I started making an effort. A long way to go but the first small step has been made.

    As I age, I am shrinking. In my youth I was 5' 11". I am now somewhere between 5' 8" and 5' 9".

On the tall side for a female, especially one my age.

Yup, Cindy, loosing weight is a simple process, actually doing it is the difficult part!

Me? 5'10", 180 pounds, down from 200 about two years ago. I would like to get down to 170, but my wife feeds me too well!

@Pumped - Hey dont get me wrong, I could live off of BBQ and french fries for the rest of my life, but its a choice we all have to make at our age; food or fitness cuz you cant have both amigo. But 5'10 180 is pretty damn good.

About 5?11? size 16 dress and would like to get down to a 14 someday. I just left Nordstrom rack and noticed at least 2 ladies close to 6?. I love heels but only go out in 3? or less to keep my height down. Being taller it is fun to show off long legs in short skirts and dresses.
