Ok so who are your female icons

A simple question, who are the women you aspire too. The ones you think go girl you show those men who you are and sod the consequence. For me those women are Rita Heyworth and Sophia Loren. they just seem to epitomize the I'm here and there is nothing you can do to stop me being who I am attitude of their time. Rita for her dance moves though often surrounded buy famous male co stars, she refused to be second and Sophia for her simple honesty and straight forward flirtation and challenge to the male domination of Hollywood at that time.

Rachel Brosnahan as "Mrs Maisel", who is for me the epitomy of beauty, feminity, and being bother proper and also devilishly wicked.

If I could look like anybody, it would be her.

I always thought it would be fun to be Morgan Fairchild for a day. Pretty and had the persona of being able to walk on men, haha.

I absolutely love Jesse James Keitel (Jerrie, from 'Big Sky')
    She/they are non-binary, playing a non-binary person.
She's also a poet and artist, from what I understand.
    And cute too lol.

OK, so really showing my age now but, Helen Shapiro and Judy Driscol, are my two go to girls.
For the uninitiated both were 60s UK pop stars.

Michelle Obama, Serena Williams - strength and beauty.

Stephanie Mills - this pic of her proved to me that the crease lines I have on either side of my mouth could be overcome.. of course, I don't have her perfect oval forehead 🙁. But this made me continue trying harder to get better. And she's a great singer too.. oh, by the way! . She was that before she inspired my makeup journey 😛.

For me, it's comedic actress (is it still politically correct to use that term?) Tina Fey.

She's funny, understatedly sexy in a "girl next door" kind of way, hugely talented, tenacious and strong, as well as a highly accomplished author, comedian, actor, producer, and director. Tina has beauty as well as brains, is totally unpretentious, and possesses sharp, self-deprecating wit and sense of humor. She has also risen to almost the pinnacle of her field and is still at the top of her game in her 40's.

What else could one possibly want to be as a woman?

There was one actress from before my time...saw her in some of the late night movie shows that used to be on TV in the 60?s... Susan Hayward. She just struck me as the most beautiful woman I?d ever seen. Looking back I realize that my first wife looked so very much like her.

I always thot Morgan was hot. One time when watching a sex scene in one of her movies on tape? I slowed it down to frame by frame and was shocked to see her topless reflection in a mirror!
It was not visible at full speed!

An interesting collection for various reasons, Lynda Carter, Sophia Loren and Marina Sirtis (Startrek TNG)-----Both for beauty and some shared "dimensional elements" mostly.

I admire Hedy Lamarr. She was not only very beautiful but very smart. Without formal training, she invented and co-invented a few products.

My current icon is Lady Gaga. Very talented and a humanitarian.

How about Dolly Parton. She enjoys being ultra feminine, looks great and is also just a good person. I have admired her for around 50 years. Sherrii

    Good question.
My choices would have to be Barbara Eden, Sigourney Weaver and Raquel Welch.

    I'm enamored of Clara Barton
I'm a man. I like being a man. I also love wearing women's clothing. It's my way to show honor, respect and solidarity with them.
