    Wonderful list. I think you did very well in describing how it works. Virtually nothing I would change and with a few exceptions it would apply to FTM as well as MTF. The main point I got from it is "Be yourself. Avoid stereotypes in your expression."

    Couple points I agree with whole heartedly;

    "PANDEMICS SUCK!" Couldn't have said it better myself.

    "Stop the Ladies room Selfies". Another pet peeve of mine. I have never thought that was appropriate, especially at the work place. I've voiced my opinion which went over like a lead brick. Maybe you'll have more luck..........don't bet on it.
