It dawned on me earlier this week that I had not fully dressed since April and that I really needed a dressing day. It was a cool and dry where I live today --perfect for a day out. I wore a black t-shirt dress that went just past the knee and sandals -- a wife approved outfit. She also had no issues with my makeup. No great adventures, just got my nails done and picked up a few girly odds and ends. But it was nice to take in the smell of the polish, the lipstick print on a drinking straw, the feeling of the breeze whirling around the bottom of my dress and those other little pleasantries.
