hi i just set up an appt to HRT and was wondering if anyone has any tips on what to expect or what to do prior to the appt.

Usually the doc will order a blood draw before the appointment to get baseline levels on your testosterone and estrogen as well as liver function. He or she might ask what you hope to achieve and will let you know what will typically happen when taking hormone therapy.

It's depend on what's the referral says. I assuming your PCP refers you after a period of counseling about crossdressing or trans life. I don't wish country you live so more info on all that would be helpful.
