Sorry. I never wore just a sundress, commando before. I would have to wear a bra and panties then a corset and stockings. Makeup and wig. Just can not do just a sundress. Would not feel completed.
I often went commando in male clothes; but, panties are "the bomb." I love wearing lace panties and nothing is better. As Karren mentioned, I'd prefer to also have bra, forms, wig, and makeup all in place.

Commando in a sundress? It does sound very freeing but I would be afraid of being one sewer grate away from a problem that might be difficult to explain.

Sarasota, Sundresses/Maxi dresses are the only dresses I wear without a girdle and hip pads. I do find it freeing. It is a great feeling.

Sundresses are great. They are all about easy going fun outside. And they look and flow so well.
But hate to miss a chance to wear panties.
I've been out in the yard in nothing but a sundress...it is a great feeling!

I would not feel like a woman without my wig, boons and hip and butt padding so I would never go out in just a sundress.

Love sundresses. But I will leave going commando for bathing and showering.
Yes I have, it feels wonderful!! If I'm around the house the sundress might be it, if I'm driving I make sure to have shorts and a t-shirt with me, and my work shoes are almost always handy (just in case)
A bit of advise. Wear things under your sundress. It is called a sundress because you still get sun even where the dress is. I have a friend who learned this the hard way.

I love sundresses! They are so pretty and just perfect for this time of year. They are great with sandals. I reallly like Maxi dresses too. They are so classy.
I suppose if you're only going for a drive, then sans panty may be alright. I prefer the total experience. Unlike my part of the country experiencing a six day 90+ F heat wave, it is usually moderate by most standards; 70's in the day, 50-60's at night. So, it is a bra and panty and usually at least a half slip. I have a number of maxi sundresses which are terrific in concealing a lack of an hour glass figure. But, the same can be said of a knee length sundress as most are designed hang loosely.
Why not just go driving naked if that feels "freeing" to u? No one except semi drivers would know, Gurl?
If I think I look like a woman, sometimes I feel fem? But, my male parts flapping about does nothing to help that feeling!
Maybe there's a kink to your "just throw on a dress and go driving" thrill?
U can't keep doing the same things over and over and expect to enjoy life to the max. When u try new things, even if they r out of your comfort zone, u may experience new excitement and growth that u never expected.
Challenge yourself and pursue your passions! When your life clock runs out, you'll have few or NO REGRETS!
In the heat often it feels better if the male parts are tightly constrained, to keep them off the inner thighs, but in the car with the windows down or the AC on it's often much more comfortable for them to be "flapping about". With tinted windows, assuming they're up, the truckers can't see. With a skirt or dress on, they can't see either. Nothing to see here unless they have the time AND take the time to look to the point of realizing that I'm a guy. Which I suspect is quite rare. As so many here have said, people don't pay attention.
