Hi ladies!
On Wednesdays I do my exercise routine in a skort, last Wednesday while getting ready I saw that image in a mirror and I liked a lot what I saw! Can say that this picture actually shows my best angle! Of course is cheating because I am hiding my stubborn belly and ugly face. But I was smiling while doing my Insanity workout!
Just had to share!
I hate to say this, BUT...I believe you are being too critical of yourself. When a person has too much belly, they almost always have "too much" in other body areas. That picture doesn't indicate you have too much anywhere else. Please love ALL of yourself and let yourself flourish. And, if the picture in your avatar is you, "ugly" is a 100% wrong description. I would suggest "attractive" is much more accurate. Regardless, thanks for sharing.

I don't know about you but I see a pretty amazing pair of legs. As my wife tells me all the time stop being so negative and see the positive side. I believe that's great advice.
