    This is the year

So today I had some Home Alone time and as I hadn't worn any waist shaping for a long time I decided to see what I looked like now I've lost weight.

Started with a cincher and liked what I saw in the mirror. Smooth curves and a flatter stomach. Then switched to a corset and things just went up a notch or two. I've been promising myself I'd loose weight to improve my look and now it's finally happened and to be honest I can't wait until I get a chance to go out next month. I'd forgotten the power of a corset to transform and now I'm not trying to squeeze a quart into a pint pot the effect is even more pleasing. I seem to have lost that roll of fat that I used to get above the corset and below my bra something I always thought of a a bit of a giveaway.

And if I can just loose a bit more off my face.......

I wore a long corset for the first time in years today, Helen. As u said, what an amazing difference!

During the Covid I packed on a few pounds, not feeling to comfortable with that extra weight I decided to diet. I lost a few pounds and I couldn't believe how everything felt so much better. My pantyhose weren't rolling down and the bras felt so much more comfortable and the dresses just looked so much better.
I could only imagine how much better you must feel about yourself losing a few pounds and being rewarded with seeing the difference. Good for you I know how hard it is to lose weight, you should be very proud of yourself. Not only for your look but also for your health

Good for you, Helen. I seem to be creeping a bit in the opposite direction of late.

Congratulations! I need to get my butt in gear as well. Corsets are a purely magical invention. I adore wearing them.

It was interesting as I had to relearn corset wearing. When I first put it on I positioned it just a bit too low which meant the boning showed through the back of my skirt as it didn't sit correctly.

A quick slacken and a bit of riggling to move it up soon sorted it out and produced both a much smoother rear and a better positioned waistline.

Congrats on the weight loss, but I think I've found it if you want it back. I've outgrown my corset and will have to duplicate your success because it was an amazing change to my appearance when I could get closer to that figure. Keep up the good work.

Helen. Physics says that matter is neither created nor destroyed. It only changes form or static state. So thanks a bunch ? your weight loss has been my weight gain. Stop it!

    Best,
