While scrolling through Twitter today, I learned that it was National No Bra Day. I don't like being told what to do, so I put on a bra.

I'm with you on this one Jen!! When is Everyone Has to Wear a Bra Day?
And no pants day? Wear a skirt or dress
I usually wear two at a time. I am now.
When haters hate, I celebrate!
National No Bra Day should be reserved for celebration by cis women only. But, for us crossdressers (at least this one), it will never be observed on purpose.
It's never too late to enjoy a happy childhood.
Live each day as though it's your last 'cause one day you'll be right.
I'm finding the more feminine side of me...and I ❤️ this adventure.
I've got my bra on too. What a ridiculous observance!
I love being a girl
They should make that a national holiday! With all unwanted bras being donated to local needy crossdressers!
As this Holiday is for Breast Cancer awareness, I'm going to support it.
Please call me Jamie, I always_have crossdressed, I always will, "alwayshave".
I remember being around 12 or 13 I think and finding a Playboy magazine and there was a cartoon in it. There were two people, sitting at a table maybe, and the caption was one saying to the other. “I don’t care if they burn their bras but what about us transvestites.” Maybe not the exact words but close.
As someone who was sneaking into his mom’s clothes and wearing her bras, etc. seeing anything that acknowledged that there were others like me was a thrill. I tried to find it when I saw this post but couldn’t.
Well, If I went without a bra, I would have no boobs
Boo?Hisss?Absolutely not. Daily, I look forward to putting my, oh so comfortable, bra on.
Darn, I didn't know and broke the rule.
I'm such a radical.
I don't wear women's clothes, I wear MY clothes !
I think it was Katherine Hepburn who said "If you obey all the rules you miss all the fun".
I'm not always a rebel, but today, I put on a bra.

Ha, I thought lesbians and trans men could be concerned too, silly me.
Also figured that for once our CD community could feel concerned enough by something as important as an awareness campaign for a major cause of female mortality to press the pause button on the smart ass jokes, but silly me again. Panties panties panties, bras bras bras, nothing else matters.
Thanks Jamie for trying.

Hahaha I?m too big to wear a bra now thanks to my latest breastplate!!!
Who comes up with these special days (or months)? What makes them "official"? If I choose not to participate, are there consequences?
Actually, I did not wear a bra that day because it was a day I didn't dress as a woman.

Well, if anyone can make up these "special days", so can we!
How about we call 10/13 Know Bra day, and make it a day when anyone who doesn't actually need a bra gets to wear one to see what it is like?
We could have March-in-a-bra walkathons with proceeds going to some noble cause and we could get people to sponsor folks to walk around wearing bras.
How do people go about making these days official, though? I guess folks just start saying that it is?
When haters hate, I celebrate!
Damn I just bought myself a new one lol I'll never take mine off🤗
No bra dat should be banned.
Glad it was for a good cause. Fortunately I was not aware of the day on the day. So like any other day I wore a bra that day.
I didn't wear a bra, but instead I got strapped into my new bustier!
I was hoping that I could fill the DD cups, but I came up a bit short, so I used my chicken fillets.
Silliness. Sometimes I think that a lot of women take what they have available to them for granted. Happy to hold the line, and the "girls" in something beautiful.
