It's the height and weight. I'm six foot and 200 pounds. I'd go for 5'6" and 140 lbs +/-

I just wish I had a prettier face.
A COVID mask hides this in pubic and I do have nice eyes.
Well since we are fantasizing where do I start?
Make me 5'6" and 125# to start with and a figure to match. Then you can make me 40 again. I really don't want to go through my youth all over.
A full head of blonde hair, and NO facial hair or hair below my chin.
I'll take it from there.
I don't wear women's clothes, I wear MY clothes !
less droopy eyelids, can't use eye shadow. pfft
hello Amy,
I wish my boobs were bigger
luv J
Yeah, that also
Definitely breasts #1! I wear bras and forms but having natural female breasts would make me feel even more feminine. Next would be being hairless, body hair is really annoying to deal with.
For proper crossdressing, I'd like long hair with a continuous hairline, steep forehead, arched brows, flat arcades, larger eyes, thin nose, high cheeks, pulpy lips, thin chin, round jawline, thin neck, smaller shoulders, thinner arms and hands, smaller waist but larger hips, boobs, a vagina, smaller feet, and a high pitched voice. Then I would be ready for... pff... oh, right.Crossdressing.
You should probably accept your little defaults. You will never be the perfect lady? Well, neither are ladies themselves. They're just them. And you'll be you.
Also you need some challenge for CDing to work its magic. Or where would the fun be?

1. I'd like to get rid of the bags under my eyes.
2. Narrow my feet a little so I wouldn't have so much trouble fitting into dress shoes.
3. Get rid of the nerve problem in my left foot so I could wear high heels.
4. My age!

I was married to a GG that body issues and wouldn't go into Victoria's Secret.
I'm OK with my hourglass figure and looking young for my age.

I'm sixty-seven in a couple of days. I'd go back to my 35 year old body. 5'8 156 pounds at that time. 195 pounds now. I'd keep the a-cup man boobs though.
Thanks to time, my eyelids are rather droopy, one eye more than the other. I have actually seen an eye specialist about it. He said it can be fixed with what is basically an eyelift. If it wasn't on my face and so prominent, I probably would have gone ahead with it. The next is my big nose. It looks OK looking straight ahead, by the side profile is not good. On top of those, I just wish I had the same amount of hair from when I was in my 20's. As was the fashion back then, I have had perms (sorry, she called it a body wave), different colors and trendy styles which could be fashioned into a short ladies style. If only Father Time, was a crossdresser. He would be so much more sympathetic to us ladies.
I am happy as I am......Thats why Im sitting here with anti aging pads under my eyes trying to get rid of the bags that age brings... But in reality I am happy as I am. I wouldnt change anything really.
For me smaller waist, bigger bust and would love a more feminine voice.
Maybe not in that order
My biggest desire if I could magically alter my appearance would be a more feminine face. Extremely feminine. More hair/no balding, as well.
Ideally, looking like the heavily edited (faceapp) version of me I use as an avatar.
Some breasts as well, but not too large, B or C cup.
Finally, fixing my messed up spine.
The rest is less important. I'd like to go back to a smaller waist, but I'm already doing that with relative ease. Less body hair would be nice, sure, but it can be dealt with.
I'm quite tall (almost 2m), but I don't think it'd be a problem on its own: if I looked like that, I think people would be more likely to think I'm very tall for a woman rather than think I'm not a woman.
1. My weight
2. My shape - I'd love my body to have curves in all the right places.
3. My hair
4. No facial hair
5. Go back in time to 40 years ago (but with the knowledge and wisdom I have now) , and embrace my feminine side as I should have
to be a little bigger down there. not much, a little.more would.hurt
I am actually 76 and realize that only the lucky get to be older,I'm sixty-seven in a couple of days.
Yeah, know what you mean. I might not pass as a woman but it's nice to look good as a crossdresser and a slightly muscular, athletic build looks a lot better than a slightly pregnant man.
Another thing is fair complexion and a fused ankle. My right calf has a lot of dystrophy and not being able to point my foot doing high kicks is a bummer. I've also just recently bought a tanning mitt and it's much better than using bare hands or latex glvoes.
Other than that being a genetic female would be really cool and I would wreak a lot of havoc on society if I was.
I would trade my pot belly and ADHD fueled ambivalence about, well, EVERYTHING, for a full head of hair.
I am a vessel of the goddess. Let me express my calling to a feminine life through nurturing love and relatedness.
My age so I could do it all over again.
Like most it would be my weight. But another thing I would change is my shoe size. It's tough to find shoes that would fit me.
Some small, cute boobs would be great!!! Riki
Can I just be 18 again. modern pharmacology and medical science could take care of everything else...
I am Me and Me is OK!

If I'm going to pick an age, I'd be 6. Coloring, people read to you, no responsibility. I had also discovered dressing at 6 and today, who knows what that would have brought about. I don't know what that would look like, but it would probably be very different than my current struggles with this.
