Id like smaller hands and no adams apple, although i can hide that with a choker but it doesnt look quite right.
The hands though i think are a dead giveaway.
Still, im not complaining, i think im quite lucky on the whole.

Well I'm 6' 4" size 13 wide feet, hands to match. I dreamed of being a girl from as long as I can remember. But I enjoy my life, so I guess I wouldn't change a thing. I'm also pretty sure I would have had a happy life if born female, but I wasn't.

I've tried body building -big arms and chest, abs would be my wish - but after months at the gym doing weights, I'm just a fitter version of a person with very low testosterone

My looks of 21, like someone mentioned I wouldn’t want to go through my life again I like my life right now except being older.
Less facial hair, maybe smaller nose would be a good compromise. I don't want to get greedy
