Exactly one month ago today (08/09.23) I had a total knee replacement,
It was about 2 months the last time I Dressed, This past Wednesday 09/06
was the first time dressed with all the trimmings & 4" Heels, It felt Wonderful.
The Rehab is coming along Nicely , The P T says I am ahead of Schedule,

About 5 years ago I had to quit bicycling and hi spike heels because one knee got so bad I was sure I needed a replacement.
Turns out all I needed was physical therapy. Now, it's good as new! If it acts up I start my knee exersizes again and in a week it's fine! Hi spikes, bicycles and all!
U can't keep doing the same things over and over and expect to enjoy life to the max. When u try new things, even if they r out of your comfort zone, u may experience new excitement and growth that u never expected.
Challenge yourself and pursue your passions! When your life clock runs out, you'll have few or NO REGRETS!

I shudder to think what that must be like to have that done to my knee, but if it were to help get back into hose and heels, it would be worth it. Glad you are going well.
