Absolutely #1: Lose all body and facial hair. Shaving is such a pain!!!
Absolutely #1: Lose all body and facial hair. Shaving is such a pain!!!
When lost, alone, or blue I know I can always get through the day, for I've always another shade of lipstick to make things right!
Such a hard question!
I'm bald and would like hair. My feet are too large for most women's shoes. I hate my testes. However, I think the worst is my weight, in particular, my belly. It makes find clothing that fit, and look good a real challenge.
I would love to have natural breasts. One wish.....but so important for me...
When I do CD pics the hardest thing I have to disguise is my protruding adam's apple...so that!

My gender at birth. Anything else comes up miles too short.
For me, the first thing that comes to mind is weight. I guess this makes me like a lot of the other women in the world! Of course, being born as a CIS woman would have been the ultimate dream.
The only reasonable thing I would have done was to be born as a woman. Unfortunately, it was not my decision behind that. However, if being a cis-woman, I would not appreciate that fact enough.
It would be nice to not have to shave my beard, also I have had a nice head of hair but slowly am seeing a receding area, I have enjoyed just going with my natural hair after growing it out upon retiring but have kept a wig for my younger look and wear it occasionally.
Hair. I would love to have far more on top and none on my face & chest.
"The only way is onward. There is no turning back."
A full head of nice hair.
The rest of it I can deal with or change.
I don't wear women's clothes, I wear MY clothes !
Smaller feet. I am a women's size 11m.
You will become stronger in the ways of the Pink Fog. May the Pink Fog guide you and be with you now and forever.
Smaller feet to fit more shoes.
better complexion; fewer wrinkles
would love my breasts to be one cup larger, Im a natural 38b, would not be greedy 38c will do fine.
For me it is the weight. But instead of losing weight I want to gain more of it. Feel better when I am bigger. Always have.

A smaller body for me. A body like an NFL lineman is hard to dress feminine. Don't have a bulging waistline but a 48" chest, 40"waist, and about the same hips isn't very feminine.
It would be amazing if my beer belly would slowly disappear and reappear in the form of 2 boobs "that I just can't explain."
-Fantasy
It would be great if I didn't have to shave my face every damn day.
-Maybe laser someday
A smaller body for me also. My size is great for guy mode but not so much for girl mode.
I'm also wishing for a smaller body. Would make ordering and wearing dresses and ball gowns so much easier.
Several things come to mind, but feet is biggest issue.
Mens size 13 or 14.
The have grown several sizes due to falling arches.
100% on board with people that say "Body hair and facial hair"... Shaving sucks! But, I am ok with how I look so far, I have gone through 20 pounds loss over the past 2 month, so win win!
softer face, (smaller nose and chin.)
My weight--- I am 260 pounds, so I have to wear dresses that don't show my waist or pot gut. I am happy with my face legs, etc. Could be better, but they look good enough IMHO.
probably I would change my breasts to bigger ones
My voice, to me I sound like a guy trying to sound like a woman.
