Less.broad shoulders for me. It's the singularly most masculine feature that stands out when I'm dressed.

Weight would be my number one, Larger natural breast would be #2
my sister's reply when I told her how I prefer to dress
"Everyone has there thing, all that matters is that you are happy, love what you do and who you do it with"
I wish my skin were supple and much softer. I try everything to get it to feel like a real girls and I get close but not perfectly feminine.
My weight and maybe my height as 1 and 2.
My kingdom for eyebrows and more visible eye lashes...
Oh, to be petite!
What a thrill it must be to spend a girly day out and about not drawing any unwanted attention to your dainty little self - or maybe drawing the right kind of attention.
I’m blessed/cursed in that I’m a big, strong, athletic man. I appreciate the things that my size, along with my fitness and overall good health allow me to do, but more than anything, I’d love to know what it’s like to be fit, healthy, and PETITE!

Change from one X chromosome and one Y chromosome (XY) to two X chromosomes (XX).
The rest would work it out naturally
I would like to never shave my face again.
I only want characteristics temporarily, but personally my biggest wish would be a softer face and better makeup skills. Granted I rarely have the chance to practice makeup, but I am reasonably content or okay with most everything else except my face which I have trouble not seeing my male self in reflection and pictures. Mind you I am okay with it normally, just not when dressing en femme. Oh and the other significant thing to fix is body hair ( or more accurately lack thereof ). Again, this one is even moreso in my win control, but not ready to make a permanent change quite yet.
Just one thing is a hard choice, but i would go for a full head of hair.
Body hair is the source of my dysphoria, so I'm going to go with that.
A close second would be my smile. I like my smile, but I often imagine loving my smile.
"Be yourself; everyone else is already taken."

I'm relatively happy with my weight, body hair and most of the things that people have mentioned so far.
I'm a bit on the too-tall side but I can live with that... I think the one thing I'd like would be more feminine facial features. For me at least, that's the hardest thing to make more female-looking.
Would like to drop a few dress sizes and lose my pot belly. Slightly larger breasts would be nice to fill a bra properly but not too big. Make-up skills need more practice too.
Just one thing. I can think of at least 10 things I'd like to change. Oh where do I begin?
A pretty smile.
Smaller feet
Less body hair.... a lot less lol
A more shaply figure
Manageable hair
Softer voice
Longer eyelashes
More feminine facial features
A more flexible body
Dic I miss anything?

Because life is too short not to.
It's ironic ... I finally found a group of guys I fit in with. Funny how they all enjoy being one of the girls.
Wife: Why do you fold your panties? Me: I don't like my panties in a wad!
I have a very weak chin. Not a feminine chin. just very weak and not attractive. And my teeth are not attractive. My appearance always took back seat to all the other family needs so my crooked teeth remain. I'd rather have those two issues corrected than all the other possible changes. I like my build in general but would love my old 30 inch waist back.
To be loved but not known is comforting but superficial. To be known and not loved is our greatest fear. But to be fully known and truly loved is, well, a lot like being loved by God. It is what we need more than anything. ~ Timothy Keller
