Winter is a great ally. Think unisex Chelsea boots. Long coats, hoods, woolly hats and even sun glasses when the sun is low in the sky.

I've been getting the urge too!
But I daren't go out locally, and certainly not until I've learned to do some half decent makeup and decided what I'm doing about my hair! (I have a wig but I hate wearing them, they feel so wrong!)
I'm hoping that one day soon my wife and I can go on a weekend break somewhere and we can go out for an evening as a couple of gals.

I absolutely cannot go out locally dressed en femme. I'm lucky that I am out of town on occasion and have been able to dress without fear of friends and neighbors discovering my secret. I'm also fortunate that I dress at least 60% of the time in our house. The rest of the time I am always underdressed to some extent. Being dressed at home so much has helped me get past the desire to be dressed in public. That said, anytime I am away from home by myself, I will be sure to find time for Heather to be out and about.
