It?s my androgynous look. I call it that but I?m not kidding myself, it?s a very girly look. I call it my androgynous look bc I don?t put in my DD breast forms. I wear blue jeans instead of a skirt. I also wore my cowboy boots. I?m from Texas & work in the oil & gas industry, so my cowboy boots are just what I wear if the temp is below 50? bc I don?t have anything else.
I changed into my gray skinny jeans. I was wearing a burgundy, very girly strappy blouse under my jacket which I could reveal or cover up if I zipped up the jacket. Not that it mattered since I had on heavy eyeliner, eyeshadow, glitter, & dangly earrings. And my nails were painted sparkly pink.
I knew it was going to be a fun night when the bartender said ?You?re going to have to give me some of that glitter first?. Me: Did I put on too much glitter? I def did. And I wasn?t pretending that I had a girlfriend at home that dared me. No, I decided to get dressed up like this on my own.
Bartender was smoking hot for 42 yo. Her live in boyfriend was the owner or manager. I?m not a homewrecker [maybe I am 😔] That?s another story & I?ll defend myself. I?m not really trying to pick up girls when I?m dressed. But I?m still going to flirt.
Turns out her boyfriend bar manager, we went to the same HS. He knew some of my friends bc a couple of them have gone on to be famous. Really famous.
They both asked the same Qs. I?m paraphrasing: Why do you dress up if you?re not gay? Me: Bc I like to. It?s for me. What do you say? I just like dressing up really girly.
