finished my 2 month course of patches on 15 Dec. Breasts are definitely swollen, hard lump under each nipple, about the size of a draughts (checkers) piece. Strangely the nipple doesn't protrude so much, like the lump is a soft centred doughnut and the nipple sinks into the depression.
bought a Sloggi 36A underwired bra and added a 2" extension between the cups. (male chests are wider than female). Fits like a glove.
breasts still very sore to manipulate. (NICE !!) are they still growing?

Yours too huh crispy? Seems like mine have been sore and tender ever since starting HRT...not that I'm complaining either mind you. At least I'm seeing results finally with the "girls" just budding right out there more and more these days.
