I have finally found a "true and correct" sizing chart applicable to Australian shoe sizes. This comes after the expense of trial and error, particularly when mislead by some overseas size conversion charts. Basically, for an Australian Mens shoe, add +2 for womens footwear, add +3 for US womens footwear.
