Victorias secret paded bra are the best with the scilicone (how ever you spell it) sticky bra.

Get one that fits.

Actually the best adivice would be, answer the following questions:

Is this to be for everyday wear?
Is it going to be for a "special occasion"?
Is this going to be worn for "play time"?

Depending on the intended usage then you can get some advice.

For day to day wear get a comfortable cotton bra, (never thought I'd say that.) but they are good for everyday usage. (I do need one for everyday)
Special occasion, (ie going out) then that raises another question, strapless, plunge, padded, lacey, etc.?
"Play Time" can have a load of possibilities. Leather, latex, rubber, with or without holes in the front for your N-----s.

The point here is can you see the many types available, and the different reasons for so many types.?
