Have started my journey

[SIZE="3"]Today I started the long journey towards becoming Anna. I've gone on a diet, which I feel is the start as I am currently to heavy for surgery. I weighed myself earlier and I weighed in at 19 stone 3 lbs (which is approx 269lbs). I will weigh myself every 4 weeks. I have four objectives so far for 2007 and they are,

1. Go on a diet (started today)
2. Go to the gym and start a fitness programme
3. Come out to Mum and the rest of the family (am already out to Dad)
4. Get a new job outside of the security industry.

I will keep you updated with my progress.

Good for you! You need goals. More importantly, you need to work towards them. There's always room to make changes.. but if you aren't on the road to somewhere, you are on the road to nowhere.
