I'll choose "GIRL". It's all part of that acceptance thing everyone talks about.

I think gurl sounds a bit demeaning myself, so I voted girl.
I've always wanted to be a girl anyway. So why not spell it right.
I dress as a girl on a daily basis. (Almost 24/7.)

Still learning to be with the Woman-Spirit, so that makes me a Girl(-spirit)....as "in training"

Gurl ? don't like the 'u', feels like 'hurl'...not when you see *this* girl!

How about gaerl, as in caeser? (umlauted a for linguistics buffs).

I'll have to vote GIRL. I used to use either or untill just recently started feeling kinda weird referring to someone or my self as gurl. it does have somewhat of a condescending sound to it. So It's always GIRL now

Although I like girl, and spoken, they sound the same, to me. I use gurl when writing, to distinguish between a GG and TG person.

    Just a word ...

At the end of the day, the word "gurl" is only used in the forum and then just to diferentiate between a GG and a TG.

    The "G" word

Obviously in speaking you wouldn't be able to tell the difference, so since we're just referring to how we spell it here, between ourselves, let's take a cue from the "N" word. For an outsider to use it is an insult, but within the group it's cool, a common way of kidding each other. So here's an uncommon vote for Gurl, gurls

I guess I must be a moron because I prefer the term "gurl". There is a distinction and a cuteness about the term. Anyway, non-words become words over time through common usage.
What stop do I get off at? Hmmm...

"gurl"..I guess from reading above Im a moron ... ...but really I was just looking to post here and came up with that ...lol it does't matter to me ... its spoken the same as said above
