I would do it in a second. And I like to think that I would go back to being male, but I really would not know until I experienced it (a little longer would help).
I enjoy my life as a man but I have always wondered what It would be like as a female.

If I could look like my sister and get all the attention she gets, it would be hard to turn down. We are 3 years apart and we look like twins. When I look at her it's easy to see myself as a female.
