Did anyone see the section of Cops where a patrolman pulled over an SUV with four guys dressed in mini skirts with makeup and everything else? They were pulled over for a cracked windshield and something hanging from rear view mirror. Cops also found a couple of pipes, but only made them throw those into the bushes. The guys/girls did not seem nervous or embarrassed. They were on their way to a fundraiser for handicapped children - costume party where they took first place.
