Hi, Well the wife and I both have platinium cards at Lqane Bryant stores. Plus she gets me stuff at Avenue. I think I have 3 pr of men's underwear and I fill out a 38C or 40 b bra. So ai think she knows,LOL.
Right now I have on a bra and panties and shorts from Avenue and a shirt from LB. My puppies want to peak over the top of the bra, to see if the weather is good....BJ

Okay, I think I got them all.

Too many questions for one thread! But it's nice to have you here.

    Hi Victoria,
I think I am totally serious about dressing. I spend way too much money on it and I have a wardrobe most of you would die for. I live alone and do not have a girlfriend. I guess this statement sums up why I dress: I couldn't find the woman of my dreams so I decided to become her. I dress once a week to go out with other CDs. I think this answers the more basic of your questions.

Vitoria, I do believe you've covered pretty near every major question in the crossdressing world - remarkable in just one paragraph. People have written books on some of these subjects.

Let me tackle one that I consider a fundemental question:

Could I stop? - Only temporarily and very unhappily.

Whoa Victoria, too early in the morning for me to play "twenty questions". I will say , however, that I take dressing seriously because I figure if I'm going to to it, I'm going to do it right. I don't take MYSELF that seriously, however, and just have a lot of fun with it. It's easier for me to walk around with a smile on my face than it is for me to walk around being all stolid and somber.

Victoria, honey, I see you've been a member since Nov 06 and this is your 4th post. If you asked each of these questions over that period one at a time you'd have a couple of hundred posts! You been saving them up girl!

    Relax, take a deep breath.

How serious is it for you? VERY
    could you stop? NO

is it sexual? NOT REALLY - SOMETIMES SENSUAL
how much do you spend? TOO MUCH
    do you have S.O.? YES
how do they feel about it? YOU'D HAVE TO ASK HER - SHE'S SUPPORTIVE AND INTERESTED
how often do you dress? EVERYDAY MOST OR ALL OF THE DAY. AT LEAST PARTIALLY, EXCEPT SOME WORK SITUATIONS
where do you dress? MAINLY AT HOME - PARTIALLY OR UNDERDRESS ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE
do you shave? YES - WISH I DIDN'T HAVE TO. SOON TO CHANGE I HOPE
    paint your toenails? YES
do you hide them? NOT ANY MORE
do you dress in secret? NO
do you feel normal about the whole thing? NO SUCH THING AS NORMAL - BUT I FEEL TRUE TO MYSELF
do you want to be a women? I AM ONE - BIT OF AN ODD ONE
do you act femme 24/7? I DON'T HAVE TO ACT - IT COMES NATURAL
do you feel the need to dress? NOT NECESSARILY, BUT I AM IN BALANCE WHEN I DO REGULARILY
if you don't dress? how does it make you feel? DEPRESSED SOMETIMES, BUT SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T MATTER - BUT I'M USUALLY DRESSED PARTIALLY ALL THE TIME
or are you just dressing up cause you can and want? NO "JUST" ABOUT THAT
etc. and so on. AWW, YOU GOT TIRED TOO

Holy cow, this reminds me of the 20 questions from "Home Alone"

How serious is it for you? Fairly
could you stop? No, tried before more times than I can count.
is it sexual? No. I agree with Kerrianna - sometimes sensual
how much do you spend? I'm not looking that the C.C. statement this month!
do you have S.O.? Not anymore.
how do they feel about it? Told her, she was ok with it (and a number of other things I wasn't as it turned out)
how often do you dress? Every day.
where do you dress? Home mostly.
    do you shave? Yes
    paint your toenails? Yes
do you hide them? Yes, when not at home.
do you dress in secret? Yes. Sometimes not so secret, though thats usually more androgynous.
do you feel normal about the whole thing? I'm coming to terms. Nothing is normal in my worldview & I have such low self worth/esteem thats where the no comes from and the yes comes from acceptance, so I'm somewhere in the middle.
do you want to be a women? it'd be my dreams come true (literally).
do you act femme 24/7? Not necessarily.
do you feel the need to dress? Yes.
if you don't dress? how does it make you feel? Like I'm trying to forget a part of me. It's not so much a dress and more of a persona. Anytime/where else, I'm a persona that's expected of me, that fits in. When I'm home & alone, I feel like who I am, such as it is.

Same with me Darling and I should add that I have two sides, both of which I like and have fun with. One is feminine and the other masculine---I'm comfortable with both and could no more cut one side out of my life than I could the other.

    OMGosh you are inquisitive !

I'll try to sum it up like this......my gender issue cost me a long and happy marriage, so I'm very serious about it. Therapist didn't help either. I'm a cheapskate so the spending is in check (for now). I am 24/7 shaved, pantied, and painted toenails (clear on fingernails). I like to go out as myself and enjoy life.

Glad you are here sis...now take a breath. We have the rest of our lives to get to know each other.

    Hi

It's a little bit old now (1999) but here is a survey that was done on-line. It discusses much of what you are asking about.

-- I'm serious about dressing. It's part of who I am. No, I'll never stop.
-- When I was a teen, I get turned on by it, but at that age, I got turned on if the wind was blowing the right way.
-- I tend to spend more on my clothes than anything else. Once in a while I'll spot that dress I just have to have and say... $100!... Well, I'm worth it.
-- I have a woman living with me that I care for very much. She supports me to the point that If I really want to come out of the closet fully in public, she'll be there to hold my hand.
-- I dress every day when I'm at home and shave everything in the shower.
-- I love pretty painted toenails and I generally wear socks if out in public.
-- I don't know if you'd call it dressing in secret or not... I dress normally every day. If I go out it's usually jeans, like other girls. I feel pretty much normal about it any more.
-- I've always wished that I could be a woman, but now, this old bod probably couldn't handle the changes necessary.
    -- Sometimes I can act femme, sometimes I don't. I'm a moody wench.
-- Of course I need to dress... Got to cover the birthday suit with something. I feel more relaxed and myself when I'm dressed as a woman, and I dress because I want to and wear pretty much what I want when I want.

Now... Are you a psyche major or are you just trying to figure yourself out. I gave up looking for logical answers, it just is, I just am... I'm happy, and that's what really counts.
