I agree with your statement. It is clear that the labels and abbreviations mean different things to different people. And along with that there is a lot of confusion when my definition disagrees with your definition.

My favorite quout I overheard once, "I'm not a transvestite, I'm a crossdresser!" Huh?

Some people's label definitions are meant to be sexual vs. non-sexual. So some people depending on their abbreviation, their definition, and the context are announcing their sexual availability, or lack of it.

If you are confused about the label, then just look at their last picture (mentioned in your original post) which makes their intentions clear.

For some members of the TG community, (okay, how about the T* community?) it is ALL about sex and very little else...
