How big are your boobs?

I'm always struggling to get the right look when it comes to chest size in proportion to the rest of my body. That is, like most guys my torso is disproportionately wider than a female torso, and I have a hard time compensating for this when I wear a bra. I either look like a body-builder with a flat chest, or something out of a cheap comedy show.

Is there a way to determine the most flattering chest size in relation to the rest of the body, or is this all trial and error? So far, I'm not very pleased with the results

I would suggest just trying a few bra sizes and then going with the one you're most comfortable with. Get some outside opinions if you think you need.

Hi Emily.
When i bought my breast forms, i went to a shop that sells them and got measured up. They took into account my build and height and what sort of look i was trying to achieve [Dolly Parton, goosebumps or something in between].
I now wear a 34c bra and my boobs feel right for me, if i want them to look bigger i just do what the girls do and wear a tighter fitting top

I guess it depends on what you want to do. If you are looking to go out and achieve the holy grail of being passable then I would go with something like a C cup. That is what I am, a 36C. But if you are looking for attention then bigger is always better. I've seen pictures of gurls at the bar with huge tits and everyone knows they are fake.
What you can do is take a couple old stockings and fill them with bird seed.(Yes, it does sound stupid). But you can change the size and find what you like.

I was rather hoping there were some body measurements I could take, because I'm too shy too ask for a fitting, and I don't know anyone who would give me an honest opinion.

Emily, Your best bet is to, as stated above, get some old stockings and fill them with rice or birdseed. You can adjust to get your size until you get what looks best.

I certainly was clueless about bras and sizing until I found a CD friendly corset shop through the internet. Luckily it was fairly local. After getting up the nerve I walked in and told the sa I was interested in breast forms. Within minutes I was in a fitting room trying on wonderful bras with the new forms. Turned out I'm a 36c and looks and feels as natural as can be. My problem now is finding the opportunity to wear them.

If your chest is 40 and above, I'd go with a C. If less, then a B.

Hello Emily, I am 5'8" with a 46 chest, lots of upper body muscle, so on me a set of D cup forms look normal. I have tried smaller and it just didn't look natural. Hope this helps! Kaitlin

My chest measures 41(no bra and alas little boobs) so I got a 40 full figure underwire bra(I like my bras a little snug) with C cup forms and I'm a HAPPY CAMPER!!!! Hope this helps you, if you have any questions just write me!!!!

My wife is a 40 C, so I wanted to be at least that size so I can wear her bras! Actually, I have my own bras and I started small and got bigger. The nicer, bigger ones cost more money. Now I am bigger than my wife, but I am also taller and fatter. It looks okay. I want to look real, not like Dolly Parton (did).

You could stuff your blouse and measure yourself when you have the size you like. That way you will know what size you need to buy.

40 C here, as long as they stick out past my belly, I'm happy with them!

I agree that a C cup is generally best. Not too big, not too small. I'm tall, a shade under 6'3", and a lean 195lbs. A 40C (what you see in the avatar) or 38D looks good on me. Big enough to play off the shoulders, but not cartoony.

Sometimes, for different outfits, I'll go big, with a 40DD, or down to a 38B.

yeh the problem starts when you wanna wear low cut tops isnt it - without a decent realistic looking cleavage you are knackered ! thats my problem i am slim look really good dressed but no fatty deposit around the chest area so no point taping ect - need some decent forms as i so far only use breast enhancers with tissue stuck inside them - alternatively could try hormones but expensive and how would i look with small tits in male mode - pretty good i guess now wheres that hormone brocher i had sent me - damn they cost an arm and a leg ! maybe i'll find some other way of creating a cleavage for the time being at least !

I'm 6'5" and weigh more than I should and am very happy to say I'm a natural 40C, although in some bras I'm close to being able to comfortably wear and fill a 38D.

For me a 36 C works well and looks good on me at 150 lbs and 6 foot
