Software Architect. Basically I was a Software Engineer then one day you walk into the room on a new project and you end up being the most senior/experienced person on the team so it's up to you to design the implementation.
I agree this survey is probably skewed toward the technical/engineering side because it is an internet forum, but I have read studies that transgender people tend to be better educated than the general population and tend to be in technical or high stress or "macho" professions.

Retired 49 years old. 31 year Union member.

Did my apprenticeship as an aircraft electrician then became a tyre cord operator and am currently working as a construction rigger either at mine sites or the petrochemical industry (just follow the work around the country). Oh have done some security work as well.
