You don't have "All out" as a choice

You can select all of them.
    The last name is Warpetal.
That should have been your first clue.
    No regrets.

The face and eyes are the window to the persons soul. I just wish my face had more femme features.

I go for the "all out" look as well. If I'm going to be a girl then I want to be the most convincing girl I can. Besides it's such fun!

By 'all out', do you mean the overall effect?

I think the whole package is important even when the outfit is one where you do not need a slim waist or lots of leg. If I don't do the whole look it seems unfinished. Control freak, I know but you asked. Keli

I try to pay attention to all my details, but the face takes the most time and attention. But it's the whole package for me. I try to look my best from head to toe.

I pay attention to the overall impression, and to the general attitude and expression. I often overlook details as being rather irrelevant to me. No painted nails, very few make-up if any, as a rule.
However if I rate the look not enough female, I will add something (makeup, necklace, etc.) .
I pay the most attention to my breasts. They are a must for feeling feminine.
I choose carefully their size according to my mood from B-cup to DD-cup).

For me, my legs are my best female attribute. I have small ankles, and I think I look most feminine from the waist down, and while wearing a skirt and heels. I pay the least attention to my face, because it is the least important area to me...I don't look female, and no matter what I do, I won't.

I Seam To Focus On Waist.

Funny I seam to focus on my waist more then anything, I love a slim flat waist it is so sexy to see it on women even more so when they wear low-waist jeans or skirts........I guess that is why Cindy works out a lot.

    My face and legs.
Face is most important for everyone, but for me, my legs are real nice so I use that to my advantage.
Waist and breats? I could care less. I am fat and not about to cinch my waist all uncomfy. Breasts? indifferent. I am not a "Breast man" by any means.

Face and legs, If I could lose another 15-20 pounds then we'll worry about having a waist. For now I just girdle it in enough to not have to rewardrobe.

The whole package would be my answer if it were a choice. I checked face, as that is the area I need to work on the hardest. Breasts only require a bra and forms and all is well there. My waist can be concealed with my choice of clothing, though a corset is in my future to open up my clothing choices. I have nice legs without any work. That brings me back to my face, which needs lots of work. One other choice you left out was hair.

My face. I love makeup. I like going for the whole package, but my face is the part that I spend the most time on.
