Not long ago was asked for ID when buying alcohol in supermarket. In the UK so that can be under 18 but they do have a rule if you look younger than about 21 or something they can ask.

I just turned 30 but I know how you feel. For about the last 9 or 10 years I have been on the internet looking for other girls in my area to relate to. I posted on numerous sites and have been in numerous chat rooms. The only girls I found were a few years older or were just "pantie wearers". I could not find any girls that were seriously into dressing as oppossed to just being into a bi experience or pantie wearing. Its nice to know there are younger girls out there now.
