I would first ask just how much extra money are we talking here sweetie? I would need about $5000.00 to deal with dental issues. After that I guess another 5 G's for some serious liposuction. After that I am pretty happy with me. I would however greatly expand my wardrobe. I am uncertain if I would have any sort of breast augmentation, I would however have a lovely set of boxed boobs, another $500.

When you are young and working, the notion of extra money seems very real indeed. Later in life, retired, fixed (I hope, I hope, I hope!) income, and stingy habits from the old days - the whole notion of extra money seems kinda wierd.
But were I to imagine that, I would head for Thailand, and buy a facelift, a molar extraction, an eyelid lift, a browlift, a nose reduction, an upper lip lift, a chin reduction, a necklift, "B" cups installed, a liposuck around my waist, some butt an hip implants, and there you have it. I could still be my beloved male self, and could enjoy playing femme with the best of 'em.
