Hi Lori, They do it for the same reasons that we dress up because they want to.
Having my ears triple pierced is AWESOME, ~~......

I can explain it to you, But I can't comprehend it for you !

Lori it took years for me to figure out why some women want to live and work as a man! When I started accepting myself I realized that some women are know different then me and may not enjoy there life living as a woman! Hugs!

I don't about living like a man, but as far as working like one, it pays better. For years I watched women try to break into my trade, which back then was all men. Most couldn't do the job, but of the ones that learned to stick it out, they got as good as anyone, and it paid at least twice what most women where making at the time. Raising a family, you give up femininity and a lot more, for a good pay check, but after work, stop by the old watering hole, and they where very girly!

I try to tell myself, are you nuts, you have nuts, why not exploit it. But I want to be a woman damn it. So what if men have all the advantages, if I don't like any of the perks, then they aren't perks are they?

Women get treated like shit, they get to do all the work of child bearing while all a man needs to do to have kids is enjoy the sex and fill the woman with seed.
Women get blamed from being the one responsible in the adam and eve story. You don't here about men getting stoned. Men get to dress as they want on a hot day. Men didn't have to fight for the vote, and they pretty much own the professional world.

You would almost wonder, why give up being a guy?

Me, I wish I COULD have a baby. Even if it meant puking all the time, massive weight gain, buggered up wardrobe, and a lot of hollering as I push something that seems way too big through an opening too small and don't tell me it was designed to do it.

I watched my wife have our son. I was soooo damned proud to hold him mere minutes after he arrived. My face muscles hurt for days from smiling all the damn time.
I've felt that, but I also felt like an outsider too.

We are who we are though.

As the saying go's " Looks are only skin deep" it is easy for use to think in that way as we feel that if we were pretty we would only want to do pretty things but it does not work like that , people enjoy doing all sorts of things regardless of what they look like and I would imagine that if I woke up one morning and found that I was very pretty I would still like doing the things I enjoy doing now but it would give me more opportunity to do some things I can't do now
