Underdressed to work for the first time!

I'm an "all or nothing" crossdresser; when I was getting ready for my first time out in public, I wore panties and tights or pantyhose under my pants for about a week, but that was just to psyche myself up. Never did it since.

There was one time in 7th grade when my mother mixed my sister's underwear with mine and I spent the whole day wearing lacy girls briefs, but that was a complete accident. It was also one of the most nerve wracking days of my educational career!

I wear panties every day except for doctor's visits. It was a thrill for a while but now they are just "underwear".

Same here,panties are all I own so its panties or commando, even to doctor visits, never any comments, one time forgot to take bra ( took it off in restroom) before going in office and had bra lines. Nothing said I feel its a DADT thing. In other words a "Need To Know" for medical reasons or treatment basis. Underwear is out of sight and private.
