    Apparently. Welcome to the jungle

I wasn't going to right this its something I'm not to proud of but just wondering if it happens to anyone else. We were invited to my nieces birthday at a club and the invite was "Halloween/B-day party. Because Halloween was on Friday we weren't planning on dressing up thinking it was over and passed. My wife called me at work and told me she was talking to her sisters and others who were going and they were dressing up. Of course I dressed just like I wrote about when I went out on Halloween day, my daughters private school pleated skirt rolled up short with white garder belt and white stockings and a white blouse fully opened tied in the middle section to hide my belly and a pink bra fully exposed and of course wig, make up and a ton of jewelry. This place was not for me, very crowded and loud. We were standing at a cruiser table waiting for our booth and it was crowded and lights flashing and I feel a person walking behind and I feel a hand cuff my rear cheek. It didn't help that I was wearing that short skirt and a thong that made me feel this, I turn around and there just a lot of people walking by behind me. I felt it a few more times but I just couldn't make out who was doing it. I then go to the bar for a drink and I'm in between to bar stools trying to get the bar tenders attention when I feel the people behind me pushing me into the bar. I now feel a person and something against my rear but I'm not really sure at this point so I push back and I made a move to make it look like I wanted to fix my skirt at the back to gain some space. I find my skirt is up on my back and when I pull it down I now feel what my assumptions are of what I'm feeling. I turn to this guy dressed as a pirate and tell him "really bud". He said he can't help it he's getting pushed in and this is the part I'm not proud of, for the next few minutes I let this guy push his privates against my rear. The more I pushed back I guess it was playing in his favour but I was in no mood to ruin the night with a fight and get arrested dressed like that. I get back to my wife and sister in law with the drinks and tell them what happened and my sister in law tells me "welcome to the jungle". My sister in law told me the club was kind of a mixed crowd and that they probably find me more attractive dressed like a women then a real women. We now get to the booth and there were no seats left so I stood next to my sister in laws father and I feel a hand up and down my inner calve. I tap on his shoulder and give him a "what are you doing ". He looks up at me and laughs and turns to his wife and asks her to feel how smooth my legs are and then there both feeling my legs and she's asking me how I got them so smooth if I used a razor or wax.
I didn't know if it was just me at this point but I questioned is there no more respect for touching a persons body or am I blowing this out of proportion. There was no way I would have the confidence or respect for another to touch another person. I was apologizing to everyone who I felt I touched without giving them the wrong idea that I was touching them on purpose. The entire night while dancing or standing around I always felt hands touching me or people squeezing by very close. I got home and I was so disgusted that I had to take a shower and couldn't believe how men have gotten so much more aggressive and the respect for a persons body doesn't seem to excited anymore. I'm I just out of the loop not going to a club for many years and for the sisters here who wright about there outtings is what happened last night normal or I'm I just getting older or was it just everyone is more crazy around Halloween.

I'm on your side Maria. I wouldn't tolerate it even if I was dressed enfemme. Coming from your sister in law's father is just creepy to me, especially with his wife right next to him.

If that's what the club scene has degenerated into leave me out. I'm perfectly happy mixing my cocktails at home.

My wife was wearing a puffy princess gown and she said she felt the close quarters but couldn't really tell due to her puffiness. I asked her besides the incident at the bar that I should have punched that pirate in the mouth was I being to sensitive about my sister in laws parents. Even though I felt an invasion of privacy that someone just touches me like that. It seamed as of a joke to them. Maybe I'm just to old school

I guess I've been missing out all the years I've been out dressed at clubs and bars, Maria. Because unless someone swats my behind really hard? With my pads on I can't feel anyone touching me below the waist!

Men and alcohol can be a real pain for women, I've told this story before about a guy who asked me to slow dance with him. I really didn't want to but my wife said go ahead so I did and as soon as we started dancing he was grabbing my ass, so in my best male voice I told him to stop, and he started yelling that's a guy. Men can be such pigs at times.

I get that it was not a good situation. You are also obviously frustrated and not able to roll with it at least a little bit. Not saying, you should have to, but you have to also consider your surroundings. You can't expect people to behave like they're in church when you're at a club.

Maria, I have had this happen to me once. Not repeated times in an evening as happened to you. I am so sorry that this put cold water on your evening. I am with you about respecting other's space. I would never touch another person I am not in a relationship with.

It just might be my opinion, but I think that guys think they can grab "guys dressed as women" because "they think" that is what the CDer wants. I had a guy apologize to me because he realized the person he was trying to "Feel up" was my husband. The weird thing, my husband didn't say anything to the "feeler", but I told him to "knock it off". Most real women would have not stood for someone laying his hands on her "uninvited".

Some people get away with what they think they can get away with. (Insert expletive here).

This is appalling behavior. It?s never happened to me, thank goodness. I would have been disgusted as well.

I honestly can't say how I'd feel in that situation. The closest I can come to in my experience is private parties we used to go to, where we knew everyone, everyone was drunk, and touchy feely (and more) from both sexes was common and funny. Strangers, while dressed sexy, I don't know. I kind of agree with the "you're in a club, not a church" argument, but then that kind of leans towards the "look how she was dressed, she was asking for it" mentality which I imagine no one here agrees with.
    Life is short
