In the process of transitioning would you suggest FFS be considered before the plumbing below is changed? It seems fairly logical that FFS be done initially since outward appearance is everything and someone's face is the first clue to one's gender.
Also does anyone have experiences with FFS and know if it should be done abroad since it seems to be extremely expensive in the states and not covered under insurance?
I am interested in learning more about FFS.
