Do u see a strange, attractive, young woman in your mirror?
I think most here want to see a female version of themselves in their mirror. As pretty as u can be within reason. But, I'm not like that. Which made me wonder if there were any others here like me?
I grew up with zero gender issues and never even thot of trying on women's things until age 50. So, while most of u grew up dealing with this issue, I didn't. I believe the result is my having a very different perspective.
Not having grown up imagining myself as a young female, it would seem I missed out on the chance of seeing myself as one in my mirror. NOT! Because I'm quite satisfied seeing a young woman in my mirror now, at age 70. Not only do I not mind that she looks nothing like me, I go to extraordinary lengths to be sure that Sherry doesn't! Especially since I don't seem to have a female side that wants out!
Anyone else here relate? Or, even know what I'm talking about?:brolleyes:
