What would you wear?

My wife's older sister was over yesterday and heaving coffee in the kitchen and discussing what they were going to wear for the New Years Party. I wrote before that women just don't dress like they used to and they were both talking about wearing black pants and a top. I was shaking my head and my sister in law asked me why I was shacking my head. I told them because we are going to a New Years Gala at a beautiful place and the more extravagant you look the more you fit in, this is a women's chance to go all out but they prefer to dress like men. I told them I have an exciting choice, black, blue or grey suit that's my excitement, but a women has such a wide variety. My sister in law now asked me something nobody has ever asked me "if you were a woman what would you wear? My wife chocked on her coffee and I have to be careful what I say because I'm looking at two different body stereotypes. My sister in law is tall and for a women who doesn't work out she has a smooth body but goes out of her way to hide it and my wife after having children and a serious car accident has gained some weight but always looks amazing.
I told them if I was my wife I would wear a black sequence three quarter length dress with the style off one shoulder and a natural colour pantyhose and black bling, bling open toe shoe.
I told my sister in law that we have similar body types and if I were her or if was a women I would wear a long silver sparkly dress with a very long split on one side to show those luscious legs of hers. (She then threw a napkin at me with that remark). The dress would also be off one shoulder and a beautiful open toe silver sandle heel and I would probably instead of pantyhose I would wear lacy stay ups to give your husband something to howl at. Most of all for the both of them lots of sparkling cosmetic jewelry, the bigger the better. I told them believe it or not they are going to see lots of women at the gala dressed this way because its fun to be a women and most of all you are able to. My sister in law told me that maybe I should have been a women that I'm so smart in fashion. I have to watch what I say because she is a traditional European and Homophobic, burn the pride flag and stop teaching our children to be gay in school.
Well I thought I wasted my breath but I caught my wife trying on some of my dresses this morning and asking me if I had black pantyhose with control top and I overheard a conversation that my sister in law was trying on dresses and sending pics to my wife. I will let you know how my three choices will go and let you know the outcome of what they wear. Might see my wife in a dress after all. Happy New Years to all.
