I have at least one pair of boots that, for whatever reason, have stiletto heels that are impossible on which to stay balanced while wearing. Other stillettos seem to be able to handle my center of gravity perfectly. Each pump I own seems to fit slightly differently from the rest, some shoes break in better than others, and some shoes (or boots) are always going to be painful to wear after a certain period of time.

GG's who almost exclusively wear pumps have told me that their feet had to become conditioned to standing in them all day. I've noticed many GG's with the smaller two toes on each foot bent almost diagonally, presumably from wearing narrow pumps on a long-term basis. I think foot discomfort is part of the price a girl pays for fashion; until I experienced it, I never understood how orgasmically wonderful it can feel to finally remove a pair of heels after several hours. This is also why women on dates tend to lean against their man towards the end of the evening.
