Just read that too Zen, thanks for updating though there may be times when they are posted frequently then kind of drop off. Very normal all things considered.
Respirator tubes are a bitch! They are 'scratchy' feeling, like a really bad sore throat. You can't talk around them either and since we all know Taylor loves to talk...it has to be frustratingIf you wonder why they haven't removed it yet most likely they are detecting a fluctuation in O2 saturation. Until it hits a steady 96% + (depending on the medical circumstances), most doctors will not remove them. There is also the consideration of ongoing medical treatment so it may have to stay put a little longer. Not a fun thing. Taylor will also most likely not have much for a voice at first since the tube irritates the vocal cords but a whisper can be heard louder than a shout.
There will be ups and downs for Taylor the next coming weeks. Its just the body kind of running around healing one organ, then another, and oh - we need to do some fine tuning on that one...it is a marvel.
No rush. We are all in this for the long haul no matter how long it takes.![]()
